Job Description / Responsibility

• For the position of Quality Manager the candidate will be responsible for overall activities such as;
• To collect all related documents from the concerned merchandiser about production before starting new order & inform to the subordinate.
• To arrange P.P meeting & preserve related documents before starting production
• Conserving sample for every order/style & ensuring production as per sample.
• Take necessary security measures in every step of production & conserve all the document as buyer's requirement.
• Monitoring machine lay out plan for maximum production by quality control.
• Ensure not to pack poor quality garments for shipment
• Monitoring all production activities, ensure good quality & take effective steps for improving quality of the garments.
• To distributes the duties & responsibilities of subordinates & keep connection with the respective department
• To follow the quality control policy of the company & give the instruction to the subordinate to follow it.
• To arrange quality control related training for the subordinate.
• Listen to the subordinate problem directly & take necessary action
• To follow human rights policy for every individual & also untimely.
• To maintain discipline by following Bangladesh labor Act of the Company.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Graduation from reputed Institution.
• Education/ Training in relevant subject from is preferable.

Experience Requirements

• 10 to 12 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Quality Control/Audit
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)

Additional Job Requirements

• Should well behave, honest& able to work
• Should able to technical Audit
• Knowledge in English will be preferable
• 5 year experience in similar position
• Able to work independently
