Job Description / Responsibility
- To prepare Invoice, Packing lists and other export related documents
- To coordinate with the merchandiser to ensure P.O, L/C and shipment date
- To coordinate with the factory management to make loads the goods as per buyer requirements
- To coordinate with the forwarder for vessel booking
- To coordinate with the forwarder and bank to ensure on time final documents submission
- To coordinate with C&F agents to ensure on time shipment
- Handle Bank realization activities after goods shipment
- To prepare different types of MIS report as per management requirement
- Any other duties assigned by Departmental Head

- 4 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial, Export/Import through L/C, Freight Forwarding/C&F - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting), Textile (Spinning, Weaving, Knitting, Dyeing/Finishing)
Additional Job Requirements
- The incumbent should have 4-5 years of relevant experience in a garments/textile.
- Should be able to work under pressure and for long time.
- The incumbent should be dynamic , well organized & self driven.
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office applications is a must.
