Job Description / Responsibility

• Communicating/ Liaison with Bank (Submit & collect the docs) for opening the L/C against Foreign & Local procurement.
• Docs sending and collection as when required.
• Re-arrange the docs in all files for external & Internal audit as per guideline.
• Take necessary action for spot purchase of any items which is required urgently.
• Visit local market, supplier premises whenever required for collecting price-offer, sample etc.
• Photocopy operating
• Other Supply Chain related duties as per of Supply Chain Management Department
