চাকুরি স্থায়ী হওয়ার পর বাৎসরিক বেতন বৃদ্ধিসহ প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্রাচুইটি, উৎসব ভাতা, চিকিৎসা সহায়তা ও কর্মী বীমাসহ সংস্থার বিভিন্ন সুবিধার আওতাভুক্ত হবেন।
