Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare monthly purchase plan as per requirement.
- Develop an effective procurement strategy for the company.
- Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities.
- To communicate with suppliers to negotiate unit price & quality.
- Collect demand, float tender, prepare of comparative statement and initiate procurement action.
- Ensure purchase of right items in right time in accurate quality with current price.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Carry out contract/ agreement negotiation.
- Process payments and invoices.
- Coordinate with other departments and physical verification of the requirement.
- Any other jobs as per requirement of the supervisor.
