Job Description / Responsibility
- Checking the conformity (construction, style, fitting, specification etc.) of Woven products.
- Providing instructions to suppliers on pattern making/ grading, garments construction and sewing operations and finding alternatives.
- From development till final sample approval.
- Developing suppliers skill in production and sampling

Experience Requirements
- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD, Production Management (Cutting), Production Management (Finishing), Production Management (Sewing) - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House (Garments), Garments (Woven/Apparel/Knitting)
Additional Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years� experience in Woven garment factory with experiences in reputed buying house.
- Production and technical knowledge on Woven Product will be an added advantage
- Should have fitting knowledge with live models and dummies.
- Sample room experience.
- Pattern making knowledge (pattern makers are more suitable to this position)
- Factory experience at least 3 years as a pattern maker
- Lectra experience (pattern alteration / marker making )
- Age less than 30 (if possible )
- Self-motivated, self-organized & responsible.
- Lectra/ Garber (Digital Marker) knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Able to foresee potential production problem with solution.
- Able to identify and correct pattern problems.
- Creative and with an open mindset.
- Good communication skills in computer.
- Fluency in written & spoken English.
