Job Description / Responsibility

• To coordinate the implementation of recruitment, selection and appointment procedures for requisitioned posts
• To implement induction and confirmation procedures for new appointees;
• To facilitate, direct and control the training and development activities of the company
• To manage the Human Resource Management Information System (HRMIS) for Payroll Management, Training & Development , Employee Self Services
• To answer queries from management and staff on Human Resources policy and procedures as required;

Educational Requirements

• BBA/MBA(Major in HR)/ Post-Graduation in any discipline from any reputed university
• PGD-HRM will get preference

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 5 year(s)

Additional Job Requirements

• Ability to keep information confidential (that required to be treated confidential)
• Proven ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines under demanding conditions
• Good interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Bangla with good communication skills.
• Competent in usages MS Office applications, with fluency in typing being a must (preferably both in English)
