Job Description / Responsibility

• Work with a committed and high-ambitious team.
• The candidate will be responsible for driving sales within the branch; support a large geography with strong market potential by creating a compelling business plan emphasizing profit growth through effective management.
• The person should possess high level of enthusiasm and efficiency level to work a motivated team. This role demands excellent level of interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of fulfilling the sales target
• Acquire & maintain high value client base for overall expansion of business
• Drive profitable growth and results for the branch through prudent expense management (P&L) and investments in key business strategies
• Follow the Compliance rules & regulation as per the policy
• Review the client�s status and inform the Branch Manager regarding client�s status
• Develop local programs to support client acquisition-leveraging corporate support
• Constantly look for ways to improve sales/client satisfaction

Additional Job Requirements

• Strong brokerage background and the ability to grow with the business, both organically and by the acquisition of new business.
• 2/3 years of proven experiences as Trader in leading brokerage
• Must be enthusiastic, committed to achievement and result oriented
• Strong negotiation skills; team-player
• Strong organizational/problem-solving/analytical skills
• Professional knowledge and skill levels are kept up-to-date in order to meet the needs of the position
• Well versed in MS Office Package and Internet
• *For faster and effective business growth, candidates from SYLHET REGION are highly preferable
