Job Description / Responsibility
- Prepare Annual Training Plan and Budget for Coffee World Staffs and Central Kitchen Staffs in all areas based on actual need.
- Prepare Training Manuals and Schedule for New and Existing Staffs.
- Organize training venue, logistics, transport as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery
- Conduct Training in F&B technical areas
- Ensure all training assessments are done on time and reports are submitted to Head of Operations and HR regularly as per Training schedule.
- Ensure that store based assessments of the Trainees are fare and clear.
- Ensure Training programs are designed and implemented in such a way that it becomes effective and there is improvement in the outlets and Kitchen operations.
- All these tasks have to be in consultation with GFA team and Head of Operations.
- Prepare Store and Kitchen visit plan monthly
- The following activities to be carried out during store visit
- Be informal in greeting the Team � get to know how they are doing
- Check overall service and quality in the store during that shift by monitoring
- Proactively conduct tasting and/or R&D of items as when it is necessary jointly with the respective Store and Kitchen team by coordinating with Procurement In-charge

Educational Requirements
- Minimum Graduation with following diplomas:
- 02 yrs Diploma in Hotel Management
- 01 yr Diploma in Food & Beverage (Production and Service)
- National Certification Course in Food & Beverage (Production and Service)

- At least 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Administration - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Additional Job Requirements
- Responsible for smooth functioning of the Store.
- He is preliminary responsible for an excellent guest experience, which would include ensuring great coffees & foods, rendering great service to all guests and ensuring inviting, amiable & comfortable environment. S/He is also responsible for guest interaction and retention to reduce complaints.
- Keeping the staff moral and motivation high should be on the top of the priority list for Supervisors.
- Communication with the back-end operations like HR, Operations, Supply Chain, Ware House, ISIT and Finance are also considered as very important parameters for performance evaluation.
- Must be good in computer operation
- Excellent Communication and supervisory skills
- Minimum 5 years similar experience in FnB operation
